Winner for Lucy Wadham over this trip and also a good third to a well handicapped rival on stable debut. Would have found 2m too far before, getting off the mark for this yard over 1m4f in a Leicester class 5 handicap.
Largely struggled for Paul Nicholls in his time with that trainer but he's proved a different prospect since the switch to this Gloucestershire yard. Won at 40/1 at Lingfield in February over this trip on the All-Weather. Well beaten and no impression when running in a 2m Goodwood handicap from a career high mark of 75.
Three from 21 on turf. Front-runner who usually picks up a race each season from around this mark. The booking of the champion jockey and the first time headgear last time out saw the Cape Cross gelding beaten a short-head over 1m4f on good to firm, which saw him raised 2lb for his effort.
Unplaced on nine of his last 10 starts and looks more effective on the AW than he is on turf. Ran well enough before being outpaced 2f out in a 1m4f handicap, here last month.

Pumblechook (1/1), Daisy Boy (9/4), Rum Swizzle (4/1), Amanto (5/1), Excellent Puck (7/1)
Daisy Boy from the Stuart Williams stable could put it up to the Mark Johnston-trained, PUMBLECHOOK in the early stages of the race. The four-year-old is 5lb clear of his rivals and should take the beating on his Leicester win last time out last week. Rum Sizzle and the front-running, Daisy Boy should follow the favourite home.
