Career-best when winning over this trip on reappearance at Navan in April, has found things tougher off increased mark in two subsequent runs but certainly isn't out of it.
Unplaced on five starts for Jamie Osbourne after leaving William Haggas' stable but dropped to a very fair mark as a result. Flopped in first-time hood (retained) at the Curragh (1m, yielding) in May and has plenty to prove at the moment.
Won a handicap at Limerick on second start of the season over 1m 3½f on good ground. Struggled last time out when upped to a 25k race at the Curragh over 1m4f on yielding ground. Formerly with Sir Michael Stoute, conditions may be more in his favour today.
Had some smart form for John Gosden in 2015 and would be the clear pick here based on those achievements. Four runs since being acquired by new connections suggest he is not the horse he was.
Couple of AW wins at Dundalk already this year over 1m4f and shaped well enough for a long way on turf return at Tipperary last month. Could do better but looks best on AW.
A winner at Galway last summer (1m½f, yielding to soft) off a mark of 69, he's found things tough enough going subsequently from increased rating and remains high enough to oppose for now.
New Approach gelding, improved from 46 to 74 in just over eight months, halted over this trip at the Curragh last time out and the forecast ground is a concern here (flopped only previous run on good to firm).

New Direction found his progress was checked last time at the Curragh and he will have to answer further questions if firm remains in the going description this time. Aared produced a career-best on his reappearance when winning at Navan but hasn't been to repeat in two runs since. Ezanak was behind him then but is now 9lb better off any may reverse those placing. SONG OF NAMIBIA was a good winner at Limerick on penultimate start and might have found the longer trip/soft ground to be no help since at the Curragh. With first-time cheekpieces here, Ger Lyons' charge can get back on track.
