Winner twice and a close second twice from four starts since joining this yard. Successful off a 3lb lower mark over 1m6f at Carlisle (soft) earlier this month and remains open to improvement stepping up in trip here.
Finished a well held third at Newcastle over an extended 1m4f on her debut for this yard earlier this month and well held at Carlisle (soft) subsequently. Others make more appeal today.
Progressive profile over hurdles winning two of his last three starts and placing in a Grade 3 and stayed on strongly to win over 1m6f here on good-to-firm ground on his Flat return last month. Races off a 6lb higher mark today and likely to run well again upped in trip for this.
Finished runner-up the last twice over hurdles for this stable. Well held off this mark at Southwell on the AW on his latest Flat outing in February when with previous trainer and probably best watched in this.
Winner of his last two starts including by 6L over 2m at Catterick (soft) last weekend. Turned out quickly here and likely to run well again here having won over 1m6f at this track on good-to-firm ground the time before.
Winner of all three starts since joining this yard including over an extended 1m4f here on good-to-firm ground last month. Races off a 12lb higher mark today and tackles this trip for the first time.
Running well enough without winning so far this year. Disappointing last time out at Hamilton however but probably found the trip (1m3f) too sharp on that occasion and worth a check in the betting here.
Winner over an extended 2m at Newcastle in March and finished runner-up off a 1lb lower mark than she races off here over the same C&D subsequently. Beaten into third off this mark at Ayr (good) over 1m7f earlier this month and vulnerable to better handicapped rivals in this.
Shaped better than in two previous starts this year when finishing fourth of eight over 2m at Ripon (good-to-soft) earlier this month. Races off the same mark here and wears cheekpieces for the first time today.
Well held in all four runs for this yard including over 1m6f on good-to-firm ground here last month. Probably best watched despite falling handicap mark.
Twice beaten over 1m2f for this stable earlier this month. Most recent of those outings came on soft ground at Wetherby and she tackles this trip for the first time today.
Finished runner-up to Great Fighter over 1m6f here on good-to-firm last time out and has also filled the same berth behind Sebastian's Wish in similar conditions in 2017. Raised 1lb for that latest effort and others make more appeal in this.

Jim Goldie took this event in 2014 and his GREAT FIGHTER can give him a second success in this stepping up to this distance for the first time. The selection has been making hay over hurdles this spring and impressed when returning to the Flat over 1m6f here last time. Card High finished runner-up last time out and can fill the same position in this while Kensington Star is another likely to be playing a hand in the finish today having won two of his last four starts.
- Great Fighter
- Card High
- Kensington Star
