Likeable pedigree but didn't impress when last on debut at Chelmsford at the start of this month. Stable in good form though very possible they will get to the bottom of his needs. May take a bit more time though.

Second of three on debut for his new yard last time; beaten just 1.5l and shaped as if he has plenty to offer now in handicaps. Open to more progress back on turf and has to be considered as a leading contender in this company. Well worth a check in the betting.

Limited scope for progress on the evidence available and needs significant improvement in first-time cheekpieces. May do better than last time as 6f seemed to be on the sharp side for him but still looks a risky option.

Cost 45,000 gns and is bred to appreciate at least middle distances. Debut run was promising but not so eye-catching at Doncaster earlier this month. Qualifies for a mark after this and will no doubt be found a suitable opening by his skilled handler once he settles into a handicap regime.

Hard to fancy on the evidence of her two starts to date, but 7f looks to be the bare minimum on breeding though. No surprise to see her upped in trip before too long and her future definitely lays in handicaps.

Consistent performances in three previous starts and will be hard to resist if she can deliver on the promises shown already. She wasn't beaten far last time out and looks to have been found weak opening. Very much the one to beat. (Stable won the 2015 renewal of this race.)

Fifth of twelve on debut here last summer and has been given plenty of time to develop since. Step up in trip likely to suit and shortlisted as a player at this level.
