Dam won over 5f as a juvenile and has obviously inherited a similar level of ability after making a winning debut at Goodwood 13 days ago. Notable that she drifted left on that occasion, so she can benefit from being drawn close to the rail if she uses her early speed again. One to seriously consider.

Improved effort to finish second over C&D last month, form given a minor boost by the winner, who subsequently finished fourth in the Woodcote at Epsom's Derby meeting, so merits respect. More now required but going the right way and worth a check in the betting.

Cost 23,000 gns and looks the part on paper. But was well beaten on debut at Leicester and needs to post a considerably better effort here. Noteworthy Luke Morris sticks with Clive Cox's contender rather than persevering with this daughter of Harbour Watch.
A £9,000 purchase, she should be well suited by the trip but yard not really noted with its juveniles first-time up, so more than likely she will be better for the run.

Veteran of three starts and already has experience of this C&D. Yard's only runner on the card but still looks set for a minor role if the less exposed runners in the line up can live up to expectations.
Last on debut at Lingfield and hard to recommend on that evidence. May do better when upped in trip and has a bit more experience to draw upon.

Cost £30,000 and is a half-sister to Heart of Fire, winner of a 6f Listed race in Ireland as a 2-y-o. Stable going well and have found a realistic level for this filly make her racecourse debut. One to keep a close eye on in the betting.

Forecasts

Awesome (6/5), Short Call (6/4), Pursuing The Dream (11/2), Lynn's Memory (6/1), Jane Rose (6/1), Tonkolili (20/1), Cove Beach (20/1), Red For Danger (20/1), Diamond Express (33/1)

Verdict

SHORT CALL gets the nod as one that can put the experience of her winning debut to good use and further enhance her profile. She is a speedy type and has a sound chance of exploiting her handy position in the stalls. Tonkolili and Jane Rose are a couple of newcomers that make plenty of appeal on breeding, while Awesome is going the right way and her presence adds spice to what is likely to be an active betting market.
