Returned from a lengthy break to record a second C&D success in early May when downing Cold Fusion by a neck. Similar ground conditions tonight and given a fair rise by the handicapper (2lb).
Three time hurdler winner who was well found in the market on his handicap debut at Newcastle earlier this month, and but for the impressive winner Whitecliff Park, the gamble would've been landed. Up 2lb, but this ground will be fine for his turf Flat debut on a suitable galloping track.
Not won since June 2015 (2m2f at Pontefract), and looks a shadow of the horse who once competed in much stronger handicaps than this level. Finished last of nine at Kempton just last week and hard to recommend at present.
Dual winning hurdler in the autumn of 2016, but slow to find his feet on the Flat in 2017 until making all in a 1m6f Lingfield handicap (good) last month. 3lb higher and an extra 2F to travel, but that should pose few real concerns.
A four time winner in 2016 (including in this very contest at odds of 6/1). Loves this track, with a career record reading: 2,3,13,2,2,1,1,1,3,1,5. Therefore, impossible to ignore his claims despite a quiet return in 2017. Dropped to a mark of 60.
Won a claimer at odds of 2/11 for Michael Wigham at Lingfield in August 2016 and has raced mainly on the AW and over hurdles since. No show in two starts for this yard (once over hurdles), so can only be watched.
A career record of 1 from 21 isn't the most appealing, and now winless since 2014 is impossible to recommend on all known form from last season on his return to action. Rated just 46.

Forecasts
Nachi Falls (15/8), My Mo (11/4), Dovils Date (3/1), Kashgar (7/2), See And Be Seen (5/1), Storming Harry (10/1), Urban Space (12/1), Mr Magill (20/1), Skylark Lady (25/1), Kirkman (25/1)
A low grade stayers contest to round off the action, but plenty of horses are of interest for the grade. 2016 winner Urban Space is a legend at this track, and now in advancing years seems almost guaranteed to run his race, whilst My Mo is notably doubly declared (Nottingham on Thursday). Storming Harry is an unknown off a 22 month break whilst Dovils Date seems to be finding his feet again on the Flat. However, it's best to focus upon recent C&D winner Kashgar and the unexposed NACHI FALLS. The latter named almost landed a gamble at Newcastle earlier this month when beating all bar Whitecliff Park, and this three time winning hurdler is strongly fancied to go one better.
- Nachi Falls
- Kashgar
- Urban Space
