Course winner (July 2016) who is versatile between 1m and 1m2f. Beaten 1L over this trip by Mrs Biggs at Wetherby last month, and a reproduction of that level of form from the same mark brings him into contention.
Admirable 17 time winner who tends to save his very best form for Southwell (nine time winner on the Fibresand, including in early May). Not so effective on turf more latterly, but well treated as a result (dropped 4lb).
Remains a maiden (0 from 10), with the switch to this trainer yet to bear fruit. Back on the turf for the first time in a while and well treated from a much reduced mark of just 54 if the first time cheek-pieces have the desired effect.
Her sole success came at odds of 100/1 on debut at Redcar back in May 2014, and she's tumbled down the weights in 20 starts since. Not disgraced when 1½L third to Infiniti at Wolverhampton (1m4f) last month, but others have far more convincing career profiles.
A gelding operation in early 2016 didn't bring about any real improvement last year, and this four-year-old has been absent from the track since July 2016. Yet to race beyond 1m, with all hopes of an improved showing appearing to rest upon the visor coupled with this step up in trip.
Most effective on Fibresand (four wins), but shaped okay when third over this trip at Leicester last month. However, less positive when upped in trip latest, and a mark of 50 looks about his level on turf.
Had a lengthy spell off and missed the entire calendar year in 2016, so was bound to need a few runs to return to form. Showed improvement on the Polytrack at Lingfield in February and returns to turf a full 10lb lower than his last start on grass in October 2015. A two time winner at this track (2011 and 2014), so no forlorn hope.
14 race maiden, and off the track since December 2016. Not shown any real worthwhile form so far and very tough to imagine her breaking her duck back on grass despite her trainer's string going well.
16 race maiden who was well beaten on her stable debut at Brighton last month (1m2f) on her first start since August 2016. Dropped 2lb, but impossible to recommend.

Not too many worthy of consideration in Division 1 of this low grade 1m2f handicap. Bling King and SAKHALIN STAR provide the obvious form line on which to focus, and there is in truth little to choose between the pair on that Wetherby contest. However, a slight preference is for the Richard Guest trained runner assuming a planned outing at Hamilton on Wednesday evening doesn't take too much out of the locker. Of the others, Frontline Phantom is well treated and no forlorn hope whilst both Patent and St Dunstan have age on their side, but need to show considerably more application than they've done so far.
