Lost her unbeaten record at Lingfield on seasonal reappearance in April, finishing second over this trip. First run on turf now and goes near the top of the shortlist on stable debut.
Maiden winner over 5f at Beverley (good) in September but finished last of seven on reappearance at Nottingham in a Conditions contest in April and something to prove on handicap bow as a result.
Well beaten in pair of handicaps for this yard and may remain a bit high in the weights despite getting 3lb back.
Respectable effort last time out over 5f at Newmarket and this step up in trip again ought to suit. Was beaten a neck off a 1lb higher mark on sole previous try at this C&D in September and is respected.
Bit disappointing on turf debut last month over 7f at Leicester (good to soft), may find the likely going more to her liking this time and could have more to offer.
Best form has come on the AW in nine outings, though remains a maiden. Unable to land a blow in 7f maiden at Catterick recently and limited appeal back in handicap company.
Kempton Park AW winner on his fourth attempt in a handicap over 6f off a mark of 62. Has shaped well in two starts since (one over further) and may well have a better chance than her odds suggest.
Promising debut when 2L third of nine over 7f at Kempton in August 2015 but sold for just £5,000 last November and failed to beat a rival home in two 7f maiden races for this yard before equally tame effort on handicap bow at Lingfield (6f, good) 21 days ago. First-time blinkers are added now.
Forecasts
Sayem (2/1), Hackney Road (11/4), Racing Angel (11/2), Flower Cup (8/1), In The Spotlight (9/1), Giennah (14/1), Reedanjas (16/1), Langham (28/1)
Hackney Road didn't do a lot wrong in losing her unbeaten record at Lingfield on her first start on turf and should have a decent claim of getting back to winning ways in this, though she's likely to be priced accordingly. In The Spotlight is also worth considering but it might be that RACING ANGEL gets the job done back up in distance. She ran well enough over 5f last time and was beaten just a neck off a 1lb higher mark on sole previous try at this C&D last year. Sayem should find the ground more to her liking this time and can post an improved effort.
