Well suited to forcing tactics around here and goes well for this young rider. This is not as competitive as the numbers suggest and he is more than capable of defying a 6lb penalty. May face competition for the lead from Phosphorescence but has shown in the past he can betactically versatile.
Has been transformed by the fitting of blinkers and drop to a mile. Returned from a break to collect at Yarmouth and his three career victories have come when fresh. Young rider partnered his first winner on Friday.
Has declined from his peak marks in the mid 80s and low 90s and was ending a long losing streak when picking up a minor race at Wolverhampton in March. Now 6lb higher and looked less than enthusiastic in a seller last time.
Supported when second at Lingfield over 1m2f and never a factor in better company at Sandown next time. Top rider engaged here and this looks a lot easier. Trainer has a better than expected 26-177 strike rate here and took this race two years ago. Drop in trip and promise of a strong gallop may be the factors that bring him his first success.
Dual C&D winner who has improved for the fitting of cheekpieces. Shot clear below the distance to score impressively here in April before finding the combination of going and new trip too much to handle three weeks ago. Has conditions to suit and the services of an experienced apprentice.
Showed something to work on when a promising fifth on stable debut but was a huge flop here three weeks ago. No obvious excuse for that effort and needs to bounce back here.
Won his maiden a s a juvenile but he has only beaten five rivals home in as many races since. Stepping up in trip and hard to recommend from a poor draw.
Dual C&D winner who is now 4lb lower than when scoring at Chelmsford over a year ago. Would appreciate a strong pace. Promising young rider on board.
Change of tactics reaped dividends two weeks ago and he won with enough in hand to suggest a 6lb may not be enough to stop him. Worth considering he was rated higher than this a year ago and now that connections have found the key to him there should be more to come. Faces competition for the lead from the topweights.
Last win came over 6f at Pontefract last season but has winning form at this longer trip. Attractively weighted on her best form but appears difficult to catch right these days. Stable have gone off the boil recently.
Yet to win on an AW surface although he has gone close previously. Has failed to distinguish himself on previous attempts at this trip but beginning to look attractively treated.
Record of 3-53 shows how difficult he is to catch right. There should be a strong gallop with three front-runners engaged and that will suit his style but he is yet to win from a mark as high as this. Steps up into a class where he has failed in 14 previous attempts.

Muthrab Aldar, Phosphorescence and BELIEVE IT will ensure a strong gallop for this contest. The topweight can sit off a strong pace if unable to dictate matters and that tactical versatility makes him the pick. His trainer and young rider are going well at present and BELIEVE IT can continue his upwardly mobile progress.Gracious George and Runaiocht are a couple of likely outsiders who will benefit from the way this race will be run, whilst Ebbisham is one of the more fancied contenders likely to appreciate a good pace. Ataman is the main danger having failed over 1m2f last time following a more promising effort at Lingfield. A fast run race at this trip may prove to be what he needs and his yard do well here.
