Had no chance with an easy winner at Windsor last time but that horse shaped well in much better company on Saturday. Cannot be relied upon to run any two races alike but obvious claims if running to that same level. Young rider has partnered six winners this year.
Winner at Lingfield during the winter and looks weighted correctly on that effort. Makes turf debut after a six month break with yard going through a quiet spell. Has one of the more sought after young riders on board.
Has rekindled his enthusiasm since changing training quarters and scored at Wolverhampton in April to pick up his first race since October 2015. Has run to a similar level in three starts since but the lack of an obvious front-runner makes his task harder.
Winner of three races who drops in distance having failed over 7f last time. Now 4lb higher than latest success but has the advantage of hailing from a stable in form and the services of a young rider with a career record of 5-43.
Winner in first time cheekpieces last August and subsequently lost form. Down to that winning mark and aids refitted having shaped better than his final placing indicates last time. Dropped in class and has the most experienced rider in the field on board.
Winner of a weak Goodwood race last time but has little more to do here. Stable continue in form and young rider registered his first victory earlier in the month.
Justified odds-on favouritism over 6f on the AW at Lingfield in February this year. Held in three starts over that trip since including on turf at Ascot last month and debuts for a new yard today.
Cheekpieces hadn't worked in the past until tried with a tongue-tie last time in a claimer. This is a tougher assignment but interesting to see if the combination can have a similar impact. Risky betting proposition though.
Bath specialist who was unlucky in higher grade last time when denied a clear run. Has gone well here previously and has a good draw. Trainer has done well at this fixture in the past and has secured an experienced rider with 11 career victories to take the ride.
Produced best run on turf to score over C&D on return. Made most that day and may have more to offer despite a 6lb rise. Jockey 6-41 this year and stable do well here.
Not unduly punished for his 10th career success last month. Should be a good ride for his inexperienced pilot but he has never had back to back successes.
Promises to give his rider another hair raising experience at the start judged by his last two efforts. Two of the rider's three wins have come when partnering this veteran but their task looks a lot harder from out of the handicap.

SWANTON BLUE has been found a good opportunity to follow up his recent C&D success. He made all that day and was well on top at the line. a 6lb rise seems reasonable enough and a a promising rider will claim 3lb. Babyfact is a good ride for an apprentice and should be thereabouts despite looking fully weighted just now. Danecase and One Big Surprise are other recent winners who could go well and Gold Hunter makes plenty of each-way appeal. He will benefit from being partnered by the most experienced pilot in this and one who knows the course well. Steve Flook's charge has dropped to his last winning mark and is now refitted with cheekpieces.
