Can be forgiven last run, but disappointing on seasonal debut in a Tipperary maiden on soft ground over 1m4½f. Trying his fourth different trip in his fourth career start.
First foal, dam unraced, half-sister to useful 1m winner Grandorio. Yard has had six winners in the last 14 day from 49 runners.
10-year-old, 116 rated hurdler, making Flat debut. Four runs in bumpers in 2012 and 2013, winning at Wincanton over 2m on soft.
Winner of a Limerick bumper over 2m on heavy ground, beating 10 rivals in March 2016. Made Flat debut at Tipperary in April when 12th of 13 over 1m4½f on soft ground.
€110,000 as a yearling, sister to 1m - 1m4f winner, High Heeled. Four of the stables last five flat runners have hit the target, including Whiteout at Curragh in May.
Fifth of 11 last time out in a Fairyhouse maiden, over 1m2f on good to yielding following debut in a Tipperary maiden, sent off at 100/1 on both occasions.
Last of six beaten 88L on racecourse debut in a Tipperary bumper over 2m on good ground in May. Sire, Pivotal, just an 8% strike rate over this distance with his progeny.
Thre-year-old colt by Nathaniel. One pace on both starts at Leopardstown and Curragh last time out over 1m4f and 1m2f. Sent off at 40/1 on both occasions.
No impression on both starts at Leopardstown over 1m and then 1m4f, both on good to firm. Stable zero from 17 runners this year.
Lawman gelding, well beaten on only appearance to date when 11th of 14, making no impression in a Navan maiden over 1m5f on good ground earlier this month.
Beaten 13 and 13½L on both career starts, including a trip to Ayr last time out when sent off at 100/30.
Sir Prancelot gelding cost 8,000 gns, half-brother to winners Kalon Braama and Diatomic. Stables last flat winner, here in August of last year.
Beaten 13 and 19L on both career starts, making no impression and looking one-paced at Curragh and last time out at Navan.
Result Amended
Mr Everest - Original Position 2nd. Amended Position 1st.
High Haven - Original Position 1st. Amended Position 2nd.
Forecasts
Constancio (2/1), High Haven (5/2), Bold Knight (11/2), Fort Denison (6/1), Mr Everest (10/1), Leven (10/1), Purdey (20/1), Hague Convention (20/1), Lady Shaana (20/1), Winston Wolfe (33/1), Orchard Road (33/1), The Sneaky Punter (33/1), Rosmarine (50/1)
The Sneaky Punter looks the only pace in the race with possibly, Orchard Road prominent. Possibly not the strongest race and when taking this in to consideration, the Willie Mullins-trained HIGH HAVEN, ridden by Danny Mullins and Jim Bolgers, Constancio, could well battle out for the honours with preference for the former. Mr Everest could be the best of a bad bunch that is left.
- High Haven
- Constancio
- Mr Everest
