Nicley bred 38,000 guineas daughter of smart miler Excelebration. Dam from family of Group 1 winning sprinter Continent. Signs of some ability in two starts so far but needs to improve significantly in first time hood to win here.
Frankel filly whose dam was a Group One winner. The form of her Newbury debut has been devalued and she probably ran as well as could be expected at Chelmsford a month ago. Needs to find a few pounds to be involved.
Elusive Quality filly, dam placed in a French Listed contest out of a half-sister to a Group 3 winner and Irish 2,000 Guineas runner-up France. Has failed to produce a performance in line with the pedigree and may need more time.

A sub-standard Newmarket maiden in which the lightly raced Luqyaa will harvest attention for her in form handler. The form of her debut third is not as strong as you would expect for a backend maiden here and ALOUJA has achieved more. Hugo Palmer's team are in decent form now and the drop to 7f looks the right move in order to break her duck. She has finished behind Gosden horses in three of her four starts but, with a fitness advantage and the need for Luqyaa to find several pounds, this is the right time for her to exact some revenge.
