Wouldn't be the first horse to improve for a move to this stable and so it proved when she won at Salisbury last time over 7f. Only gets a 3lb rise for that win and should remain competitive for a yard that does well at this track with possibly with some more improvement to come.

Lightly-raced but still a maiden who takes his second step into handicaps here after finishing sixth on his debut in this sphere with that also being his first try on turf stepped up in distance. The final placing last time out probably doesn't do him justice as he forced a very strong pace (with others) and a more conservative ride may well see him in a better light.

No stranger to success at this track he added to his good record here when winning over C&D on his penultimate start appreciating the ease into this 0-70 grade beating Stormbound in receipt of 5lb. Back up in grade last time he met some improving types and that proved too much and a place here may be the best he can hope for.

Winner over 7f in April that run has proved to be a career best but she's not proved the most reliable in the past although that win has been franked. Does to a certain extent look summed up by her handicap mark and may find others better handicapped here.

Forecasts

Tulip Dress (15/8), Many Dreams (2/1), Stormbound (9/4), Shifting Star (3/1), Galinthias (6/1), Carcharias (8/1)

Verdict

Several of these have form around here and it looks an awkward betting heat where it won’t be a surprise to see Many Dreams improve further for the Gary Moore yard. Shifting Star and Stormbound are closely matched on their last meeting here and there won’t be much between then. It may pay to take a chance with GALINTHIAS though who did well to finish as close as he did last time out having been party to pushing an overly strong pace and he might have some improvement left yet as he’s pretty lightly raced still.
  1. Galinthias
  2. Many Dreams
  3. Stormbound
