Finished last of seven runners at the Curragh (7f, good to soft) when last spotted 327 days ago, has a bit to find on form and fitness has to rate a concern.
Consistent sort who is often overlooked in the market, has 8 wins from 45 career starts and a £16 profit to level stakes. Strictly has something to find on turf form at the end of last season.
Career-best effort last time to win C&D handicap on good to firm ground, doing well to come through the traffic to score. Up 7lb for that success and makes things much tougher for follow up.
C&D winner last year, wasn't beaten far here last time out 32 days ago and must rate a solid contender now off a 1lb higher mark.
Just the one win from 11 career starts, coming over this trip at Killarney last July, hasn't run since October but was competitive over the mile at Dundalk then off 78. Fitness is the worry.
C&D win in July 2015 is most recent success, has gone 17 runs since without a win since but two efforts so far this term suggests he's getting close to a winning mark now. Looks competitive in this.
Without a win in 11 runs, the five most recent of which have come since switching to this trainer and turnaround hasn't exactly looked likely of late.
Won at Dundalk in November and not beaten all that far over C&D on comeback run this April but disappointing on his last couple of runs and will have to bounce back.
Best form is over sprinting trips but didn't perform badly over 1m2f on AW at Dundalk in March in first start for this yard and could have a role to play now dropped to the mile. Interesting to note how the market judges his chance.
Decent effort on reappearance over 7f at Naas last month (good) when just under 4L sixth of 13 runners. Will have to improve to snare this contest.
Winner of a 1m2f handicap at Dundalk on the AW in December, though was beaten 4½L into eighth over 1m at the Curragh on last month's return to action and is yet to win on turf.
Ran a fair fourth at Dundalk (1m2½f, AW) two starts ago but was well beaten at Fairyhouse (1m2f, good to yielding) on recent return to action and stable debut, needs to put that run firmly behind her here. Hard to be confident off that run.
One win from her last 23 starts, was beaten 10¾L over a mile at the Curragh last month off a mark of 68 and drops another 4lb for this mission. Could pop up soon.
Didn't do a lot in maidens so far, and first-time tongue strap was added for handicap debut last time out at Gowran Park (7f, good to soft) with little success. Need to improve significantly.
Well held on recent Gowran Park reappearance over 7f (good to soft), may come on for that run and remains lightly enough raced to suggest there could be scope for better to come.
Has gone 15 runs without a win now dating back to 2015, steps back in distance here and most recent attempt over the mile saw him ¾L second to Khabaray at Dundalk on the AW in March.

Khabaray was a good winner over this C&D last time out, weaving his way through to score. He should go well again but he has been raised 7lb for that success and may find it is enough to halt him. SETTLE FOR RED got within ¾L of that rival when they clashed over 1m on the AW in March. He's now much better off at the weights and while he hasn't set the world alight over longer trips since, this drop back in distance might be just the ticket for him. Rummaging is dropping towards a winnable mark while Korbous is another for the shortlist having gone well last time out.
- Settle For Red
- Khabaray
