Point-to-point winner at Ballinaboola in January, and ran perfectly well on first handicap chase start at Punchestown recently to suggest he's up to taking a hand here. Any rain a plus, and has to be on the shortlist.
Stayed on to finish midfield at Limerick on latest start but hardly looked like a winner in waiting, and with a step up in trip to cope with here (and yard a bit quiet) others hold better claims.
Back to form when denying the maiden veteran Admiral Bob at Downpatrick recently, and possible that he reserves his best for that track, but still on a fair mark and if rain stays away, would hold a chance of following up.
Finished in front of Ted's Island when the pair met at Punchestown recently, staying on well late in the day. Stays well and chances on that, but ideally would want the rain to stay away.
Probably wasn't completely done with when unseating latest but too early to say whether he would have got involved or not. Has won a point-to-point and on soft ground too, so has things going for him if rain comes, and not discounted.
On a fair mark on the best of his form but some while since she showed any of that, and well beaten in a point-to-point when last seen (although may have needed run after absence). Too much to prove here, although likely conditions fine.
Stayed on well to take fifth at Punchestown on latest start, and fairly handicapped, but a poor win record (just 4-53) tempers enthusiasm and others are preferred.
No win in 14 starts, although came quite close to breaking his duck at Galway in October. Likely to need this after an absence, although won't mind any rain, so not totally discounted if it does come.
Seemed to do a little better for the change of headgear at Downpatrick last time, sticking on well enough to take fourth, but needs another step forward if he's to challenge for top honours here.
18 runs without a win and has looked to be slowly regressing on recent starts. Chances if bouncing back to her Wexford second last season and won't mind and rain, but comes with plenty of risks now.
No win since 2014 and likely to need this after an absence since January. Likely conditions fine but regressive and others hold stronger claims.

Forecasts
Kilclispeen (9/2), Teds Island (6/1), Gabrielleamee (6/1), Tiger Sam (7/1), Prosperity Square (8/1), Floral Fantasy (8/1), James (8/1), Adarenna (8/1), Chelate (10/1), Phone Booth (11/1), Betterthanalright (12/1), Celtic Thunder (16/1), Springbelle (20/1)
The rain could play a big part here - if it comes, top weight Ted's Island comes right into the equation, as does the veteran James . As it stands, KILCILSPEEN and Tiger Sam make the most appeal in quite an open looking handicap. Both are in decent form and can fight out the finish. Prosperity Square is an infrequent winner but can hit the frame.
- Kilclispeen
- Tiger Sam
- Prosperity Square
