Has won two minor bumpers so far, while also finishing down the field in a Listed contest at Cheltenham in January. Impressed with the manor of victory at this course last time (over shorter), and should be in the mix again.

Was backed for his debut under rules at Plumpton last time but was beaten 16L. Could be able to take a step forward from that and go closer this time.

Not disgraced on debut at Market Rasen last month but didn't seem an obvious type to take a big step forward on her second start in her performance that day.
Won a point-point in December and went close on debut under rules when beaten a short head in a Worcester bumper last month. The front two were 13L clear of the field there, and so she looks to be a leading contender in this.

Not beaten too far when finishing fifth on debut at Wetherby in April, having shown issues with her temperament in the preliminaries. Seems the sort to improve on her second run.
Dick Turpin filly who is mainly related to Flat horses (from the family of 1972 Derby winner Roberto), though that includes several winners. Wears a hood on debut.

Was slightly better on her second run at Plumpton last time compared to her debut here over shorter, but still didn't seem the sort likely to win a contest such as this.
Sea Freedom filly out of a dam who ran some fair races in point to points. Dam was herself out of a half-sister to several winners, but mostly over further than this. An unlikely type on debut.

Forecasts

Annie Angel (8/15), White Valiant (4/1), Cintex (8/1), Represented (8/1), Valdas Princess (10/1), Panic And Run (16/1), Sunset Skye (28/1), Liz's Dream (33/1), Noble Glance (66/1)

Verdict

This can go to WHITE VALIANT, who has already picked up two bumpers of a similar type. He struggled at Listed level at Cheltenham on his only other start but this is obviously a long way below that grade and this proven performer can pick a third win out of four. Point-to-point winner Annie Angel went very close on her debut under rules and is feared most, ahead of newcomer Represented.
  1. White Valiant
  2. Annie Angel
  3. Represented
