Beaten 89L on his only attempt at a Flat race and has not fared much better over jumps. Looks badly out of his depth here.
0/17 in his career and has looked a long way short of the likely required standard to win a race such as this on just about all his starts so far.
Beaten 50L+ in all of his starts across both the Flat and jumps races so far, and would have to turn it all around to get involved here.
Is the only previous winner in the field, and has been running at a much higher level than this, in a Group 3 and then in a decent handicap. Will take all the beating if he turns up in anything like his best form.

Forecasts
Tirmizi (1/6), High Honcho (3/1), Jack Blue (4/1), The Golden Punto (28/1), Go Be A Hero (33/1)
It would be a big surprise if TIRMIZI didn't win this. Not only is he the only horse in the field to have won a race of any description, at any time in his career, but he has also run a fair race in a Group 3. Slightly disappointing in a handicap last time, this is the perfect opportunity for him to bounce back. The fact that the filly High Honcho finished well out of the picture in a poor Newcastle handicap last time but is still definitely second best says everything about the depth of the opposition, while Jack Blue would be receiving 46lb from the selection if this were a handicap but could chase them home.
- Tirmizi
- High Honcho
- Jack Blue
