This distance should suit him even better, and with his good form on a synthetic surface (including over C&D), he can capitalise on a career-low mark. He faces competition in the form of Makhfar, who will look even stronger if the form of his last race is boosted by The Dukkerer in Division I of this race, while The Firm may just about be on a workable mark by now and should be winning races again soon.
