Well treated on the pick of his old form but looks a shade of his former self these days. The fact that his last win on turf was almost three years ago creates the impression that he is up against it under the burden of topweight.
Just 1lb lower than his last winning mark but may be better on the AW these days. Well drawn, however, and should at least appreciate the ground.
Has at least made the frame in over 50% of his starts so far and, having won from higher marks in the past, he has a consistent profile for a race of this nature. Well drawn and just 4lb higher than last month's win at Chepstow, so makes plenty of appeal with a very capable 3lb claimer booked for the ride.
Well drawn but not so good on turf. Just has a solitary win on the AW to his name combined with the likelihood he will need the outing having been away since December, strengthens the case to leave him out of the betting plans - despite his position in the stalls.
Won a brace of modest sprints on the AW last summer but was well held subsequently. Turf rating is pretty handy just now but makes limited appeal from the worst of the draw.
Getting better on turf and makes plenty of appeal in this company. Worth noting that he came up short when well backed last time out but this looks easier and he may be worth another chance in this company.
This is his grade and holds place claims now he has dropped to a very attractive mark; but doesn't have a great record when fresh and not ideally drawn, so a strong nerve required to consider him suitable for win only purposes.
Very consistent on the AW - has a particular liking for Kempton - and ran well to finish fifth in this race last year. That was a weaker renewal, however, and the fact he has never yet won on turf forces the search for a win only prospect in another direction.
Been a grand servant but has a lot to find with both Titus Secret and Indian Affair and looks likely to struggle once more.
Low-grade performer and almost two years since his last win. Rider's 7lb claim helps but still looks weighted beyond a winning mark.
Plummeted in the ratings and recent form has done little to suggest he can bring his losing run to an end. Others readily preferred.
Race record is poor and looks flattered even from a mark of just 51. Impossible to fancy when the fact she has finished last in all bar one of her previous eight races.

Forecasts
Titus Secret (11/4), Champagne Bob (5/1), Langley Vale (6/1), Indian Affair (13/2), New Rich (7/1), Chetan (8/1), Swanton Blue (12/1), Light From Mars (14/1), Fantasy Justifier (14/1), Royal Normandy (25/1), Divine Call (25/1), Thewestwalian (33/1), Leith Bridge (33/1), A Definite Diamond (100/1)
It can pay to persevere with TITUS SECRET now he is getting his act together on turf and he looks to have been found a decent opportunity to boost his profile. The fitting of the hood may be just the push he needs. Indian Affair has a very consistent profile and will be hard to keep out of the frame if he runs his usual race, while New Rich is better on the AW surfaces but has little to find to get competitive in this company. Champagne Bob is forwarded as the best of the rest but makes his first start of the new campaign and is likely to need the outing.
- Titus Secret
- Indian Affair
- New Rich
