Won both starts to date with a bit in hand - beat an 84-rated rival by 7l in his latest outing and left the handicapper with little option but to dish out a sizeable hike up the ratings. A 15lb higher mark does look harsh but this fellow, who cost 75,000 gns, is highly progressive and may find more now he tackles this slightly longer trip. His yard being in cracking form is another a persuasive factor.

WADIGOR looks to be progressing nicely and can do his bit to add the recent haul gathered by Roger Varian's string. The step up in trip should suit and a bold bid can be expected. Ickymasho is a consistent mare that shouldn't be underestimated. She likes to race with the pace and would be dangerous if allowed to slip the noose. Regicide is also on the upgrade and may be able to raise his game once more, while Mr Khalid is also very lightly raced and comes into the reckoning as one that could spoil the party now he has topped up his fitness on a racecourse.
