Only win so far was recorded in a Wetherby 7f maiden and he's found life tough in handicaps since then, although his last two efforts have shown some promise. Well placed from the plumb draw over 7f at Chester last time but failed to take advantage and runs off the same mark.
Quirky but talented handicapper who can give trouble at the start and often runs a little freely in his races but responds well for pressure and has a sharp turn of foot. Looked rather unlucky not to follow-up his Doncaster win at Ayr on his penultimate starts (conceded first run). Race didn't quite pan out at Hamilton last time out but generally runs his race at this track.
Looked a useful sort when trained in France by Andreas Wohler but has overall disappointed on his runs in GB and best watched here.
Interesting handicap debutante who was formerly trained in Ireland by David Wachman and showed up well on her first run for this yard in a 7f Doncaster maiden. Should be suited by this trip (one previous try at it; finished runner-up) and given the promise shown at Doncaster likely to go close.
Formerly a decent handicapper when he was with Hugo Palmer but then rather lost his way with that yard. Showed promise on reappearance for this yard but ran very moderately last time out when not building on his first start this season.
Consistent sort for the most part last year with two wins coming over 6f (one at Ayr) and now stepped up in trip for another go at a mile. Showed promise over this trip (headgear left off and is again here) last time at Doncaster and travelled well to finish a very sound second to Nicholas T with the revised weights giving him a good chance of reversing the form.
Rather unlucky not to win at Musselburgh on his penultimate start when he had trouble getting a run after being well backed off a 4lb lower mark. Failed to follow-up that run at Hamilton last time out off this mark and faces some stronger opposition.

Nicholas T (5/2), Inexes (7/2), Lagenda (9/2), Dark Devil (9/2), Gilded Reflection (5/1), Crazy Tornado (8/1), Zodiakos (9/1), Zoravan (10/1), Le Chat D'Or (14/1), Jay Kay (16/1), Royal Shaheen (25/1)
A good and competitive handicap full of interest with NICHOLAS T the one who catches the eye most with this quirky but likeable type still looking as though he has some untapped potential. Dark Devil and Lagenda are solid handicapping types who should run their race with Inexes another who can be thrown into the mix as he tries a mile again. Gilded Reflection is a fascinating type on handicap debut with the feeling being that we have yet to see the best of her.
