Successful over 1m4f at Goodwood (good) in June last year and ran well off this mark on his first run since being gelded and on debut for this stable when beaten 1¼L over 2m at Kempton last month. Interesting runner here.
Winner of a 2m handicap at Thirsk (soft) in August last year but disappointing since including when beaten 38L over an extended 2m5f at Pontefract (good-to-firm) on seasonal debut last month. Softer ground forecast here looks likely to suit.
Placed twice from five starts on the Flat and subsequently made up into a useful hurdler winning twice and beaten 11L in the Triumph Hurdle at Cheltenham (good) on his latest outing in March. Likely to play a leading role for a yard with a 24% strike-rate recently (8/33).
Racing over hurdles in the main of late and well beaten on his return to the Flat at Chepstow (good-to-firm) last time out. Races off a 5lb lower mark here and blinkers replace the visor worn last time.
Failed to complete in two of his three most recent starts over obstacles and beaten 17L on his return to the Flat over an extended 2m5f at Pontefract (good-to-firm) last month. Races off a 2lb lower mark today.
Wore a hood (absent since) and cheekpieces for the first time when winning over 2m1f at Bath (good-to-firm) on final start for previous stable. Well beaten on debut for current yard off this mark over 1m6f at Chelmsford last month and cheekpieces (left off on that occasion) return today.
Winner over 2m on soft ground at Chepstow off a 5lb higher mark in May 2015. Well held in the main since including in two starts (one hurdle and one Flat) since returning from nearly 12 months off the track this spring and racing from out of the weights today.

Alan King's horses are in good form at present and the selection finished runner-up off a 2lb lower mark over 1m6f here on his most recent Flat start last October. Of his rivals in this contest Chelsea's Boy ran well on his debut for this yard at Kempton last month and races off the same mark in this while the selections stablemate McCools Gold is interesting the cheekpieces worn for his only victory returning today.
