Looks as though he could well improve from his debut at Chepstow over 5f recently (in need of the experience). Has some speed in the pedigree but looks more of a long-term project.

Hooded for his second start and still looked in need of the experience running green and was easily outpaced and looks to need more time and longer distances.

Well fancied (started at 7/2) when finishing last in a division of the Brocklesby at Doncaster in April either looking very green or temperamental it was hard to tell which. Hood now goes on for the first time but hard to support on the basis of his initial run.

Comes from a yard in good form and after unseating the rider at the start on debut she atoned for that blemish last time with a good run at Leicester. Gave a good account of herself on what was technically her first start keeping on under tender handling with the form being franked by the win of the third.
Cost €15,000 as a yearling and is the first foal of a useful 5f juvenile winner out of unraced sister to 6f Group 3 2yo winner Golden Legacy. Pedigree reads well although the yard are not noted for their debut winners.

First foal who cost €13,000 as a yearling out of a dam who was placed over 6f on the AW. Yard not having as many debutantes winners as they used to but still her chance is respected here.

Dam was a decent mile winner who is a sister to the useful mile to 1m2f winner Mirrored. She might find this 6f a bit sharp given her pedigree and the yard are not well known for winning debutantes juveniles.

Only cost £3,000 and showed a fair bit of promise on her debut at Chelmsford offering something to work on for the future at a modest level.

Second foal of a dam who was a mile winner in France/Italy and cost £10,000. Would be a rare juvenile winner from the yard on debut.
From a yard that have the odd juvenile first time out winner although they are yet to have one this year from a small sample. Cost £5,000 as a yearling being the second foal of a dam who was a 1m2f winner.

Forecasts

Arabian Jazz (15/8), Move To The Front (9/4), Princess Lyla (5/1), Shovel It On (10/1), Holdenhurst (12/1), Fusion Central (12/1), Safe Waters (14/1), Hateya (16/1), Disapproval (33/1), Raven's Girl (33/1), Mirek (50/1)

Verdict

It will be interesting to see how the well fancied (on his debut) Move To The Front get on after his first start as he looked an awkward sort first time out. Debutante Fusion Central comes from a yard that know what they are doing with juveniles while this 6f will suit Shovel It On better and Princess Lyla has shown enough to work on for the future. ARABIAN JAZZ should put her experience to good use now though having shown up well on what was essentially her debut at Leicester with that form having now been franked.
  1. Arabian Jazz
  2. Fusion Central
  3. Shovel It On
