Drop in grade here may help, but she's not really showing much form at the moment and may have gone off the boil a little. Pontefract run two starts back not a disaster though, and a repeat of that may see her turn in a better effort.
Trip fine, although may not want the ground too quick and a bit of rain a positive for her. Not really progressing as she should be, however, and although not disgraced latest, didn't look like a winner next time either.
Grand old campaigner that wins in her turn, and nothing wrong with handicap mark or likely ground conditions. Rarely runs a bad race here and is in form, so may be able to give the younger ones a run for their money again.
Just the one win in 13 starts but has gone close to adding to that on a few occasions, and nothing wrong with close fourth on latest run at Doncaster. However, significantly up in trip here and that asks new questions of her.
Disappointingly beaten at long odds-on on second start at Wolverhampton but showed that form to be all wrong when bouncing back with a better effort at Kempton last time out. Fairly handicapped on debut but yard quiet at present, and others preferred.
Winner of her only start here at Redcar last season when showing plenty of fighting qualities to narrowly prevail. Form nothing to write home about though, and faces different conditions here, so although not ruled out, has a little to prove.
Regressed throughout last season and has no form over this trip to speak of, so plenty to prove on her first run since last June.
Solid run on her first try in handicaps at Wolverhampton, but possibly a little flattered by the stop/start pace she set. Nevertheless, that was better, and yard going well now, so she may have more to come in first time cheekpieces.
Showed plenty of promise last season and looked a surefire winner after just getting beaten at Nottingham in August, but taking a big step up on seasonal reappearance here and has questions to answer regarding it.
Yet to win in 11 starts but wasn't beaten far the only time she tried a mile (at Pontefract in April) so may have more to offer over this trip. Track may suit too and she shouldn't be dismissed out of hand.
Not disgraced on latest outing but she clearly needs further than a mile these days, and seems better with some cut underfoot. Flying too high here and others readily preferred.

In an open contest a chance is taken on MAMA AFRICA who ran well at Pontefract in April and for whom this step back up in trip should prove beneficial. It would be no surprise to see her bounce back from a lesser effort at Musselburgh last time and she can take this. Star Of Bristol comes from a yard going well now and should have more to offer, and Cabal, who has often gone well at Redcar in the past, can pick up some more place money.
