By far the least exposed option on offer, at least in this sphere, is
ESKENDASH. Pam Sly's charge ran several times in bumpers, finishing second on each occasion, before switching to the level and really coming into his own, winning a maiden on debut and being beaten only 1L on handicap debut last time. There could be plenty more to come, and though this trip will probably prove to be a minimum in time, he definitely has the pace to get the job done. He is fancied most ahead of
Compton Mill, who ran an encouraging race over C&D last month, and
Indy, who is interesting for a new trainer.
