Point-to-point winner who also scored in bumper and over hurdles. Fences were always likely to see him in a better light and so it proved (eventually) when he scored at Bangor last time winning off a 3lb lower mark but still looks to have some improvement in him.
Had looked a progressive sort in handicaps over hurdles who would be suited by the switch to fences. Well backed on his chasing debut but was totally let down by his jumping and pulled-up. Obviously comes with risks here but quick return to the track suggests that stable are still confident of his ability.
From a yard that are in cracking form in the early part of the new jumps season and he makes his chasing debut here. Given his demeanor in his hurdles races he doesn't look an obvious sort for fences but hard to rule out coming from this yard.
Mark falling but from a yard that are a little quiet at the moment and appears to be struggling to find his French form which would give him a chance here. Said to have suffered a breathing problem last time out and absence suggests that he may have had his wind tinkered with.
Has on a few occasions travelled well for this yard in his races but does struggle to see things out ultimately. Handicapper is giving him a chance but question marks over his attitude mean that he's best watched here.
A mark that sees him run from 15lb out of the weights here won't make life easy and he's still a maiden under Rules. Ran poorly last time out and jumped poorly and faces a tough task here.

Forecasts
Clondaw Draft (15/8), Druid's Folly (9/4), Mango Cap (7/2), Sand Blast (10/1), Whos De Baby (14/1), Polkarenix (16/1), Agreement (33/1)
Most of these would have a question mark against them of some sort and you would want to see Druid’s Folly jump better than he has so far to support him on this second chasing start. Sand Blast isn’t the most obvious sort to progress over fences but must be respected given his connections. Mango Cap may well be able to make the placings if he were to finish his race off better but this looks to give a good chance to CLONDAW DRAFT. He looked a little awkward last time out but ultimately got the job done and may well be able to follow-up his Bangor win here.
- Clondaw Draft
- Sand Blast
- Druid's Folly
