Best effort came wen runner-up at Musselburgh but that form has been devalued since. Had plenty of use made of him when only beating one rival next time. Sire's progeny can improve with racing and this one has plenty to find from this mark.
A €90,000 purchase who's dam is a half-sister to a handful of very useful individuals, including US Grade 3 winner Irish Wings. Split a pair of good horses at Beverley last term and not disgraced when chasing home two Newmarket based challengers at Pontefract on her return (runner-up scored since). Handicap mark looks attractive and one for the shortlist with yard finding form.
Fifth behind the useful Crowned Eagle in a hot maiden on his second start but next run on the AW does not match that form. Not overburdened on that former effort and represents a yard who are 11-30 here with this age group.
Strong finishing second behind a potentially well treated horse at Thirsk last time. A 4lb rise in the weights makes this more difficult but she promises to be better served by this longer trip.
Won a couple of sellers for Mick Channon and showed the benefit of a gelding operation when running a big race on his return last month. Appears to have dropped to a workable mark and, with that latest run sure to bring him on, he cannot be ruled out.
Winner of a slowly run Wolverhampton maiden and not disgraced on next two starts. Disappointing next time and others are potentially better treated.
Takes a considerable step up in class having fought back gamely to win a 0-60 handicap at Redcar. Brother Fort Bastion was best at a mile so this longer trip is another concern.
Half-brother to Ribchester cost 85,000 gns as a yearling but struggled to make an impact in three maidens last season. Well supported for handicap debut on return and decision now taken to step him up in trip. Likely improver and has little to find in order to be involved.

Rita's Man (11/4), Alshibaa (3/1), Warm Love (9/2), Golconda Prince (6/1), Staff College (8/1), Lucy's Law (9/1), Powerful Love (10/1), Good Time Ahead (18/1), Racemaker (28/1)
A few of these may improve for this longer trip, notably Lucy's Law and Golconda Prince. The latter was well supported for his handicap debut and he appeals as the type to win before too long. On this occasion he runs into WARM LOVE from an in form yard. Her three runs in maidens give her an excellent chance off this mark with the form of her last two starts working out particularly well. Alshibaa represents a yard that do well here. The form of his Nottingham fifth has worked out well but he has since gone through the sales ring unsold and produced a lacklustre display at Wolverhampton.
