Successful over an extended 7f at Chester (good) in July on her final outing of 2016. Put a heavy defeat on debut behind her when finishing a close third over 7f at Ayr (good-to-firm) last time out and likely to run well if handling this step back up in trip.
Successful three times including when registering a Newcastle double on the AW over 7f in January. Beaten 1¼L over the same C&D last time out and interesting on his first turf start since September last year.
Winner of a competitive 17 runner handicap at Doncaster over this trip on good-to-firm ground on his penultimate outing and beaten a short-head off his revised mark subsequently. Races off a 3lb higher mark here and one for the shortlist today.
Finished runner-up twice over shorter on the AW last November and seemed to handle the step up in trip well enough when beaten 3L into fourth over an extended 1m at Nottingham (good-to-firm) on his second start of 2017. Interesting runner here.
Successful over 1m1f at Ayr (good-to-soft) last October and ran well off this 4lb higher mark upped to 1m2f at the same track on good-to-firm ground earlier this month. Remains to be seen how he'll handle dropping back to 1m here
Victorious five times in a 33 race career to date. Surprised many when winning over 1m at Pontefract (good) on his seasonal debut last month and finished fifth over the same C&D off this mark subsequently. Worth a check in the market here.

Irish trainer Pat Shanahan has a respectable 15% strike-rate at this track (12/82) and his Ionization can run well to claim second here ahead of Nicholas T who has been in good form so far this season.
