Hasn't won since a maiden victory at Haydock on debut as a two-year-old and he continues to show next to nothing despite a continuously sinking handicap mark. There's a good chance that that win was all he has to offer.
This is easier than the higher class race he contested last time. Last of three wins came off this mark and stable's horses have been going well lately. Interesting with leading rider booked.
Needed first run back last season before landing this 12 months ago off a 2lb higher mark. Meets Showmethewayavrilo on 12lb better terms for a 3L beating at Bath. Looks set to win races this summer from this mark but, given yard have a modest record with break returners, he may have to wait for another day.
10-race maiden whose best effort came over C&D a year ago on his seasonal reappearance. One that will be hoping for the rain forecast here.
Winner at Southwell on the AW over 6f on his most recent start last January. Won this two years ago and was not far away last season so definitely one to consider.
Dropping down the weights with some velocity having failed to figure on both starts for new yard since departing the Clive Cox team for 17,000 gns. Hard to fancy until decline shows signs of bottoming out.
Went down narrowly last time when extending losing run to 22 races. Yard ended a lean spell stretching back to January when bagging a winner at Bath last week but are surprisingly just 3-107 at their local track.
Consistent last season and gained reward for it with back-to-back handicap wins at Leicester and Haydock. Wins have all come with cut in the ground so any rain a bonus.
Winner of nine races with the latest coming on the AW in November. Has only made the frame once in eleven starts on turf in the past twelve months and, particularly given his last two efforts, his prospects are not good.
Course winner returns after an absence bidding to snap a 16-race losing streak. Would appreciate some rain and will probably need the run.
Dead-heated at Wolverhampton in September and faces a stiff task here from out of the handicap which effectively puts him on a 6lb higher mark. Has a much sought after 7lb claimer on board.
Never finished in front of a single rival in seven previous attempts - almost impossible to make a case out for her getting off the mark from 11lb out of the weights.

Forecasts
Indian Affair (9/2), Spirit Of Rosanna (9/2), Showmethewayavrilo (9/2), Wink Oliver (9/2), Bonjour Steve (7/1), Fantasy Justifier (8/1), King Of Swing (10/1), Kaaber (12/1), Major Assault (14/1), Donttouchthechips (14/1), Divine Call (16/1), Jaganory (25/1), A Definite Diamond (100/1)
Last year's winner Fantasy Justifier starts the campaign on an attractive mark which is 2lb lower than for that success. He arrived 12 months ago with the benefit of a previous run and for that reason BONJOUR STEVE is fancied to beat him. The six-year-old won this in 2015 and is now marginally better off with Fantasy Justifier having not been beaten far in last year's renewal. Showmethewayavrilo is respected as this is easier than his latest race at Wolverhampton which will have him got him spot on for this. His last victory came off this mark and the jockey booking looks positive. Indian Affair was not disgraced at Wolverhampton last time and has to be respected although he is on a long losing streak.
- Bonjour Steve
- Showmethewayavrilo
- Indian Affair
