Developed into a decent middle-distance filly on the Turf last year winning twice at Newbury and Lingfield. Ran respectably over 2m on her AW debut at Lingfield following a break and should be happier returned to turf.
Tough and genuine filly who won back-to-back handicaps at Newmarket and Windsor last year. Has run with credit on both outings this year and warrants plenty of respect with trip and ground no problem.
Sprightly as ever despite his advancing years. Went down narrowly over C&D earlier this month, races off the same mark and looks certain to make his presence felt again.
Reeled off a hat-trick of successes on the AW at Chelmsford and Wolverhampton and is 4-4 in that sphere. Back on turf, on which he has won twice, he is still a threat judged on several commendable efforts in 2016.
Veteran performer who was off for a year before coming back well last season, winning twice and being competitive on several other occasions. He was well beaten on his return at Catterick, however, and may find it tough against one or two of these rivals.
Quite lightly raced for a 6yo, he has won two of his nine starts on turf but has not looked as effective on AW surfaces so his sixth of seven at Kempton last month should not be treated too seriously in the context of this race. That will have blown away the cobwebs and he races off only a 2lb mark than when last scoring on turf.
Strong stayer who is back down to his last winning mark. C&D winner, too, but has a long lay-off to cope with and may need this outing to make him competitive again.
Has been running over hurdles without cutting much ice, and the return to the Flat may see him in a better light. Has not won since August, 2015, though, and may need more help from the handicapper before getting his head back in front.
Unplaced in five starts for his current trainer, he takes quite a step up in trip with cheekpieces fitted for the first time. It will be interesting to see if the market speaks in his favour given those factors.
Only fifth of eight in a weaker race on the AW on Monday, he had previously competed in two Bath handicaps without striking a blow. Not difficult to oppose.

One or two of these have been around for a long time, but that is not to say the likes of Brigadoon and Maoi Chinn Tire cannot hold their own. However, younger legs may prevail and FIRE JET continues to impress with her efforts and attitude. She could be ready to strike after two races to get her to peak fitness. Top weight Corpus Chorister and AW specialist Masterson also enter the equation.
