Bought for 38,000 gns and comes from the first crop of top class sprinter Requinto, was 66/1 and finished sixth of seven on AW bow at Lingfield over 7f last month. Progress required.

Both runs so far have come over extended mile, first on AW at Wolverhampton and latterly 26 days ago on turf at Leicester, needing to improve markedly to get involved here.

This Kyllachy filly is a half-sister to three winners, including the useful Queen of Ice and Gone Dutch, pedigree which gives her every chance of being suited by this trip and, with Moore booked, a strong claim on debut.

Pivotal filly, dam won over this sort of trip and is capable of having a say here with useful claimed on board. One of two runners for powerful yard in this line-up.

Failed to justify strong support for Haydock debut over 6f in September when fading in closing stages, was supported again over same trip on AW at Wolverhampton in November and had plenty work on when getting brought down by stricken rival in the home straight. Bit to prove now all things considered.

Closely related to the Group 3 winner Remote (1m-1m2f) and half-sister to the 7f-1m Group 1 winner Kingman, is surely going to prove better than she showed over this trip on debut at Leicester 26 days ago.

Treble-figure odds on all three outings last year, making some minor progress on final start over a mile on the AW at Lingfield in November. Returns to action needing plenty more to have a say in this.

Lord Shanakill filly was a 7,000 gns yearling, is a half-sister to 2yo winner Taskeen (1m) but looks to be faced with a stiff opening task in this line-up. Market can guide expectations.
Bahamian Bounty filly whose dam was a winner at up to the mile, yard have been quiet in early season exchanges and hard to fancy a winning start here.

Forecasts

Present Tense (2/1), Nothing But Dreams (9/4), Frosting (5/2), Harba (3/1), Gakku (4/1), Ronni Layne (40/1), California Cliffs (50/1), Shanakill Star (50/1), Agnethe (66/1), Sunset Bounty (66/1)

Verdict

Frankel's daughter NOTHING BUT DREAMS appears to have been found a decent chance to make a winning start here. She appears to be the most likely of two from her yard and should make a decent fist of this. Frosting is another newcomer to be noted and she won't lack for assistance from the saddle while Present Tense must surely have more to offer than was the case on debut at Leicester. Harba has twice been supported without doing herself justice, connections obviously feel she has something to offer.
  1. Nothing But Dreams
  2. Frosting
  3. Harba
