Verdict

Despite a disappointing effort last time at Thurles, TIMI ROLI sets a fair standard in this contest. A winner on the Flat in his native France, he's been given plenty time by the champion trainer to sharpen his game and can make it third time lucky on these shores. Coolmeen Hill showed some promise over a longer journey at Fairyhouse on jumping bow and could offer more now dropped in trip while Harden, Jacobs Well and Calipso Collonges are considered for place terms in what looks a weak opener.
