Needed the run when making his debut for his new yard but obviously derived plenty of benefit from the outing as he won in good style on the AW at Southwell when last seen out. Worrying that a year has passed since then and he may be best watched under a 4lb higher mark back on turf.
Currently 0-from-16 but is on a handy mark and posted a respectable effort on his reappearance at Redcar earlier this month. Not certain to dish out a repeat dose so one to be wary of from a win only perspective.
Debuts for a new yard and has a long absence to overcome. Nothing to write home about on previous form, so has plenty to prove at present.
Highly regarded as a youngster but only has a couple of wins to his name from 38 previous starts - the last of which came off a 1lb higher mark at his beloved Newcastle last September. Has won over 7f but arguably better over a slightly shorter trip.
Best when able to dominate but has a very long absence to overcome and, seemingly having lost his way during the winter of 2016, he needs to have been transformed in the intervening period. Hard to fancy but highly encouraging jockey booking.
A multiple winner over 7f on the AW and has sound claims on the pick of his form in that sphere. Quite whether he is as good on turf is debatable, however, and he may also prefer a slightly faster surface. The betting will be a help. But this a weak race and he looks to be a leading contender in this company.
Improved since dropped in trip and was good value for his win over 7f at Newcastle on his penultimate start. Failed to back it up from a 4lb higher mark at Newcastle last month and needs to post a better effort now he switches back to racing on turf.
Unconvincing profile so far and needs to bounce back after a couple of moderate display. Cheekpieces are back on today but she does look a risky proposition on balance.
Often spoils his chances by missing the break (was so reluctant to race he was pulled up at Wolverhampton in January), which hardly creates the impression that he is about to turn the corner. Others preferred.
Claimed for £3,000 at Newcastle recently but it's been almost two years since his last success; dropped to a handy mark as a result. Versatile regarding his best trip but has a bit to find with Bogsnog after their encounter at Catterick earlier this month.
Very little encouraging form registered so far and hard to fancy on this, his handicap debut. Rider's 7lb claim may help but difficult to see where the requisite improvement will come from just now.
Never finished any better than mid-division in any of his starts for his previous yard. New stable had a winner over hurdles the other day but offers little encouragement for a race of this nature.

BOGSNOG may hold the key here, as he at least knows what is required to win a race at this course and looks to be the safest option in a weak race. Cool Strutter also has sound claims on the pick of his form and is worth bearing in mind as an alternative if the betting shows him in a positive light. Disclosure has a little bit to find with the selection but is on an attractive mark and doesn't have too much to find to come out as the best of the rest.
