Has improved since returning from a break in February, winning over further at this course last time. Goes up 2lb for that but that's a fair rise and he still looks to be going the right way and is relatively lightly raced.
Makes his handicap debut here having gotten off the mark at Pontefract last time. Opening mark looks fair especially considering his potential on pedigree, and probably holds the most potential to improve of any of the contender in this field.
Has been gradually progressing especially over these sorts of trips . Makes his debut on Tapeta here but has run well on Polytrack at Kempton and there could be more to come.
Lightly-raced and has run good races on every start so far. Steps up in trip after narrowly getting off the mark over shorter last time which shouldn't be an issue, and his current mark looks fair based on what he's achieved.
Not seen on the Flat since November 2015 having moved from France for a spell over hurdles, and he makes his British debut in this sphere today. Interesting to see how he fares but vulnerable to younger, more improving types.
C&D winner in February and remains 6lb higher than for that victory in what could prove to be a competitive race for a handicap of this nature. More needed but goes well here.

It wouldn't be surprising if a couple of decent all-weather types come out of this race, not least AMAZING RED. A half-brother to Red Cadeaux, he disappointed on debut at Newmarket before getting off the mark at Pontefract last time out. On pedigree, not to mention the style of that victory last time, there could be plenty more to come and his opening handicap mark here looks workable. Every Chance is another relatively lightly raced sort who could put in a big performance, while Marmajuke Bay has also been progressing well at these sorts of trips.
