Successful three times from 16 starts over fences. Highly tried in a Grade 1 hurdle contest at Cheltenham last time out and likely to prove more competitive back in a handicap today.
Winner of three of her last four starts including a Grade 3 contest over 2m4f at Fairyhouse (yielding-to-soft) earlier this month. Likely to prove hard to beat on her debut in handicap company today.
Yet to score in eight outings over fences but ran well behind today's rival Slowmotion at Fairyhouse last time out. Likely to run well with underfoot conditions likely to suit.
Finished runner-up on two of her last three outings including over 3m at Bangor last time out. Has won over shorter in the past and an interesting runner in this.
Sole chase win came at Clonmel on yielding ground back in October 2015. Ran well off a 1lb lower mark when runner-up in a handicap chase at Leopardstown on her penultimate outing and interesting if putting a poor run last time out behind her.
Put two late falls (held chances on each occasion) behind her when finishing third at Fairyhouse in a race won by Slowmotion last time out. Ground her should suit and one of three runners for her trainer here.
Successful over 2m4f in a hurdle race here last month and ran well over 3m4f over fences when fourth subsequently. Has a top jockey booked for this and an interesting runner.
Head winner over 2m1f at Leopardstown (good) in January. Ran well over an extended 2m at Fairyhouse subsequently and likely to run well if handling the step up in trip today.
Placed twice and won once since joining this yard from France. Successful over an extended 2m5f at Fairyhouse in February but well beaten off this mark at Navan upped to 3m subsequently. Wears cheekpieces for the first time today.
Victorious in a 2m2f handicap hurdle at Leopardstown (soft) in February but pulled up on her return to fences subsequently. Has a bit to prove at present.
Victorious at Clonmel over an extended 2m1f on heavy ground in February. Run well twice since including returning to hurdles last time out and an interesting runner for a small yard here.
Only chase success came over 2m5f on good ground at Fairyhouse in October 2015. Finished well beaten on her last three outings and wears cheekpieces for the first time today.
Victorious at Kilbeggan over 2m4f to register her first chase success a week ago. Well beaten off this mark prior to that and more needed to figure in this contest.
Absent for nearly two years following a 2m4f chase success at Fairyhouse in November 2014. Below par in all four hurdles starts since returning and likely to struggle in this.
Victorious by 2L off a 9lb lower mark in a handicap chase at Thurles (yielding-to-soft) last month. Previously well beaten in two handicap hurdles and races off a career high mark here.
Gained her first win in three outings for this yard when winning over an extended 2m3f at Limerick (soft) earlier this month. Races off a 5lb higher mark here but of interest off a light weight.
Winner of a four runner chase on heavy ground at Sligo in September. Well beaten in recent outings including at a big price behind Slowmotion last time out.
Forecasts
Slowmotion (4/1), Retour En France (9/2), Definite Ruby (7/1), Elusive Ivy (7/1), Cresswell Breeze (9/1), Girly Girl (9/1), Rock On The Moor (12/1), Keppols Queen (12/1), Emcon (14/1), Carole Rose (16/1), Padraig's Joy (16/1), Goulane Davina (20/1), Isabella Liberty (20/1), Who's That (25/1), The Conker Club (28/1), Presenting Mahler (66/1), Ros Brin (66/1)
The five-year-old SLOWMOTION is the youngest mare in the race but she can make a winning handicap debut following a Grade 3 success at Fairyhouse earlier this month. The selection's young trainer has made a good start to his training career and his charge can get the better of Retour En France who wears cheekpieces for the first time today and Keppols Queen who finished behind the selection last time out are others to note here along with Definite Ruby and Elusive Ivy with the latter stepping up in trip today.
- Slowmotion
- Retour En France
- Keppols Queen
