Verdict

A fascinating bumper with Crawford, Twiston-Davies, Jefferson, Richards, and Henderson runners amongst the line up. However, it is the Rose Dobbin trained PLANET NINE who very much catches the eye. He cost a tidy sum after winning at Thurles in February and looks a most exciting prospect. His rider Lorcan Murtagh's 7lb claim effectively removes his penalty. Golden Jeffrey would appear to be the chief danger. He demolished inferior rivals at Ayr on his second career start, and has since left Mark Johnston for Iain Jardine, and he also has a useful 7lb claimer booked.
  1. Planet Nine
  2. Golden Jeffrey
  3. Gleno
