WInner of two races at Southwell and carries a 6lb penalty for routing his rivals nine days ago. Fibresand winners can be expensive to follow when running on faster synthetics next time, but he has gone well here previously. Has a plum draw and could just as easily make all again.
Making handicap debut and mark looks about right based on balance of form in three moderate maidens. Yard are 3-9 here this season.
Two best efforts have come on this surface including when behind two subsequent winners at Newcastle in December. May not have stayed the extra furlong last time. Jockey booking makes him more interesting.
Beaten from this mark twice since scoring at Chepstow. Has fitness to prove as well as efficiency on AW surfaces.
Has shown better form over further and also needs to prove fitness on return from five month layoff. Stable are 9-212 here.
6lb better off with Gnaad and has 4L to find on running at Southwell nine days ago. Readily outpointed that day and needs to find a great deal.
On a losing run of 15 races. Rarely far away at the finish but usually has a few in front of her.
Has been well beaten on all starts and continues to plummet down the weights. Looks one of the more difficult projects facing her skilful trainer.

Forecasts
Gnaad (11/8), Coping Stone (7/2), Joysunny (4/1), Tooty Fruitti (6/1), Maggi May (7/1), Blue Rocks (10/1), Rebel Heart (12/1), Celerity (12/1), Chillililli (50/1)
Coping Stone has solid each-way claims in this as he returns to this trip and surface. However, the two main contenders would appear to be Gnaad and JOYSUNNY. The former made most to score at Southwell last time and appears well suited by that surface. He has gone well here previously but now faces as tiff task in trying to concede plenty of weight to JOYSUNNY. Mick Easterby's horses are flying at the moment and she caught the eye on her return to action last time when finishing strongly at Catterick. She looked a winner in waiting that day and can gain consolation now.
- Joysunny
- Gnaad
