Successful over 3m in a handicap hurdle at Punchestown in April 2016. Well beaten on sole start subsequently for previous stable at Musselburgh in February. Stayed on over 2m on debut for this stable at Kelso (heavy) a month ago and likely to prove hard to beat on chasing debut here.
Finished runner-up in a chase over an extended 2m last month. Pulled up at Huntingdon subsequently and a similar result on all previous outings over obstacles. Has a fair bit to find with his rival today.

Classy hurdler CUP FINAL looks to have a relatively straight forward task on his hand as he makes his chasing debut in this. The selection ran well enough over 2m on his debut for this yard last month to suggest he is capable of running to a decent level and he is taken to get off the mark over fences at the expense of sole rival Spoilt Rotten who has quite a bit to find on ratings here.
