Fast ground winner at Ascot last time when making all. Quirky customer who can hang under pressure and almost through his chance away for the second race in a row last time, just holding on. Gelding operation in the interim may have worked the trick and respected, particularly if he's supported in the market.
Won a Listed contest at Wolverhampton after a successful winter in Dubai and finished third an excellent third behind Sovereign Debt at Lingfield on All-Weather Championships Finals Day last week after cutting out the running and only just reeled in. Clearly thriving and suited by the fast ground he's likely to get here so very much one to consider with a fitness edge over several of these.
Disappointed as a short-priced favourite in two starts last year and disappointing again in a Listed contest at Doncaster earlier in the month. Trainer and jockey are flying and have had winners here already this week but this gelding is hard to recommend.
Hit and miss performer these days and only won once race since last year. That did come in this race last year but he got his preferred soft ground that day and yard don't arrive in the same form this year.
C&D winner back in 2015 but bit of a mixed bag since. Good second on fast ground at Haydock last summer but well beaten on her three other starts last year and not sure to get the strong pace she desires with Salateen likely to get things easy on the front end.
Likely to have had his issues in recent seasons having only seen the track twice since 2015. Starts life for a new yard now and trainer has a good record with these types but this gelding has a significant absence to overcome and he's probably best watched on this occasion.

SALATEEN has been running well throughout the winter at Meydan and on the AW here and he has a more solid profile than many in the race. The return to a faster surface should be no issue with some of his best efforts coming on good to firm and he looks the one to beat with Moore in the saddle. Tabarrak has had a gelding in the off-season and while he can be a quirky customer, he's clearly talented and that may have worked the oracle. Course and distance winner, Mix And Mingle, is the most interesting of the remainder and she's capable on her day but she's a hit and miss type.
