Had flattered to deceive when only winning one of her first 14 starts but posted a career-best effort to score over 1m at Chelmsford on her return, beating Skidby Mill by 1L. Will strip fitter here and a 3lb rise not unreasonable.
Brilliantly-placed to win 10 times, most recently over C&D in January (5lb lower mark) but had a fitness advantage when losing out to Skidby Mill in a sustained duel latest. Tough to reverse on only 1lb better terms.
Lightly-raced but promising type who was fancied to defy a lengthy absence in a maiden over C&D in December and duly delivered in good style. Freshened up by another break since and could take some stopping on handicap bow.
Closely-matched with old sparring partner Skidby Mill on three C&D runs earlier this season, winning once, but took a step backwards when beating only one home at Wolverhampton latest. No margin for error off current mark.
Winner of two from 10, including first time out in 2016 (here over 7f), but just looked in need of her recent reappearance at Windsor despite achieving a credible fifth of 16. Should be straighter now and looks feasibly-treated.
Never ran a bad race in five starts for James Fanshawe, winning over 7f at Kempton in the summer. Was just found wanting off this mark on her final start (7f, Wolverhampton) in December and reappears for a new yard which has been quiet.
A winner on her debut for David Evans over 7f at Wetherby as a juvenile but couldn't add to her tally for current yard last season, despite running well over middle-distances on occasions. Questions to answer dropped in trip for return.
Forecasts
Karisma (11/8), Tegara (4/1), Ejayteekay (11/2), Remember Me (7/1), Here's Two (8/1), Rayaa (12/1), Skidby Mill (12/1)
It was hard not to have been impressed by KARISMA'S C&D maiden win and, though she has clearly had a few training issues, she could take a lot of stopping off what appears an exploitable mark for her handicap debut. Eljayteekay, Skidby Mill and Remember Me are all proven polytrack performers who look closely-matched whilst Here's Two shouldn't underestimated on the evidence of an encouraging return on turf.
