Lanwades Stud Nell Gwyn Stakes (Fillies' Group 3)

Clearly enjoyed the faster ground and got the better of re-opposing stablemate Roly Poly in the Group 1 Cheveley Park Stakes when last seen. Interesting she steps back up in trip but she ran on in the closing stages last time and connections must assume she gets further with Irish and English 1,000 Guineas entries.

Only showed a moderate level of form last season, winning a Leicester maiden before finishing well beaten in a fillies' Listed contest and shapes like this trip is a little on the sharp side but little doubt that she'll improve this season.

Impressive winner of a fillies' maiden at Kempton back in November, staying on well, but few from the race have come out and raced again since so impossible to tell what that form is worth. This trainer and jockey had a double here yesterday so she warrants respect despite having plenty to find on official ratings.

Won her Ascot maiden on fast ground and finished runner-up here to another smart Godolphin recruit, Really Special back in October on a quick surface. Trainer and jockey had a double here Tuesday and she could improve but her entry in the Oaks and her efforts to date suggest she may be more useful over further.

Beat a smart field in a Group 3 at Goodwood last year, doing it in typically gritty fashion for one of this yard's runners. Won't get an easy time on the front here one would have thought, but she may have more improvement in her to come.

Easy winner on debut in France and anything her trainer sends over to this course warrants a lot of respect. Very much unexposed and should be race fit from her recent win so she could go well.

Improved on her debut effort to land a fast ground Salisbury maiden and stepped up on that effort to take a Group 3 over C&D in October. Yard have made a quiet start to the season but signs the stable have turned a corner when recording a winner here yesterday. Won't get an easy lead in this race but could go well.

Won the Duchess of Cambridge Stakes here on the July course last year and finished an excellent second behind Queen Kindly in the Lowther Stakes. Ran well here once again in the Cheveley Park Stakes and just run out of it by stablemate Brave Anna before heading to Santa Anita for the Breeders' Cup. Bit of a no-show there but she wouldn't be the first not to have enjoyed that experience and this step up in trip could bring out more improvement provided she has trained on.

Two wins from three starts and narrowly prevailed in a Group 3 contest at the Curragh last time over the mile. Has shaped like needing further than this trip on her two most recent efforts and this may just be a fact finding mission on debut for new yard.

Won a firm ground 5f fillies' contest at Bath in June but not seen since a disappointing effort at Newbury. Has a bigger break to overcome than the rest of her rivals and hard to know what to expect on debut for new yard but she would need to improve drastically on the form she has shown so far. Top international jockey booked.

Has improved a little with each start and won a Lingfield maiden, making all in impressive fashion. Her three other starts came here, so proven at the track but no doubt she will need to take another step up tackling this company.
