No show at York when last seen but he had been on the go for some time at that point. Had looked progressive up to that point and looks fully effective on faster ground. Has a decent record when fresh (won 2015 seasonal reappearance, placed on 2016 reappearance) and this track should suit.
Running well on the AW at Wolverhampton on his last couple of starts, beating a smart field in February before just failing to reel in a well-handicapped looking sort last time. Should enjoy faster ground (never raced on anything better than good) and probably still has scope from this mark, so should go close for a jockey that rides this course well.
Ground likely to have been too soft for him at Ayr when last seen but he can be forgiven that effort. Both his wins have come on good to firm ground on a straight track and he ran well over C&D in August. Should have more to give this season and respected with Moore in the saddle.
Inconsistent sort and not won since a Shergar Cup win at Ascot in 2015. Does look best suited by faster ground but failed to get competitive at the Meydan Carnival when last seen. Had a short-break since then but trainer can get them ready after an absence and the booking of this jockey is a positive, so he's hard to rule out.
Yard won this last year with Teruntum Star and they field a C&D winner back down to his last winning mark in this year's renewal. Showed very little on his AW debut at the start of the month though and he has a habit of missing the break so he's opposable for a yard that have had a quiet start to the season.
Lightly raced individual who looked like he was inconvenienced by a pace bias at Doncaster last time. Can be forgiven that effort and may have needed the run so worthy of respect bearing in mind he's won here before and his trainer is in flying form.
Tends to do his winning on softer ground than what he'll get here but he's effective over a straight 6f and he should get the easy lead that sees him to best effect. Certainly capable off this mark so should go well if the ground isn't too much of an inconvenience.
Operating from out of the handicap and his more effective efforts have come over 7f on the AW. Jockey booking is a positive but his mount is yet to place from six turf starts.

Normandy Barriere (7/2), Gunmetal (9/2), King Robert (5/1), Mont Kiara (11/2), Reputation (6/1), Moonraker (8/1), New Bidder (8/1), Suqoor (9/1), Toofi (10/1), Dark Defender (16/1)
NORMANDY BARRIERE looked like a progressive sort throughout last year's campaign and he has gone well fresh on two of his previous returns from an absence so he ought to go well on a track that will be up his street. King Robert is fit from his AW campaign and should go well after some creditable runs at Wolverhampton while Reputation should enjoy the return to faster ground.
