Missed most of 2016 and form has been patchy since. Has claims at this level but he is getting long in the tooth and it is 14 races since his last win. Blinkers are back on.
Beat a couple of subsequent winners here in October before embarking on a hurdling career. Stable's horses have been under a cloud this year but the trainer reports them to be in better health now. Fit from a recent run over hurdles and not without a chance in a race that will take little winning.
24-race maiden whose best recent performance came off this mark, over this trip and with today's young rider on board. Will get few easier opportunities to open her account and visor refitted.
Has only beaten one rival home in three races and has been beaten an aggregate of 55L. Off the track for 11 months and best watched with headgear configuration suggesting she has issues.
Still a maiden after 11 races. Has been tried in different pieces of headgear over different trips. Shaped last time as though he was another try at 1m6f. Stable in tremendous form with four winners and three seconds from their last 11 runners.
Has won 10 races but none beyond 8.5f. Has been ridden to get the trip over 1m4f lately and there must be a doubt he will stay this far in a truly run contest.
Off the track since December 2014. Only lightly raced and has more scope than all of these but will probably need the run.

There is little recent form to set the pulse racing in this. Tactics will play a part with no obvious pacemaker in the lineup. That may play into the hands of Ted's Brother who likes to be produced late and has the speed to win over shorter. Cape Spirit is a long standing maiden who has a lot going for her at this level and The Juggler represents a yard who are going well. REGAL GAIT landed a race here last autumn which went on to work out well. A recent run over hurdles confirms his wellbeing and he may prove good enough to take this.
