Very difficult to get enthusiastic about what she has actually achieved up to press. Rider takes 7lb off, which may be some help on these terms, but on the whole, others make more appeal.
Yet to win from 15 previous attempts and hard to see where the requisite improvement will come from.
Form in Bumpers has been poor and she makes very limited appeal now she switches codes to be pitched against speedier-bred individuals.
Two solid efforts at Pontefract last term brings her right into the argument in what looks a pretty weak event. A leading contender in this company.
At least he has experience of racing at Redcar but there's not much else to set the pulse racing about any of his previous three starts. Overlooked.
No better than mid division in a C&D maiden last term and needs to post a much improved display to figure this time around. Possible he might do better over further, so may also be one that will benefit when he goes handicapping later on.
A half-brother to winners over 10f but has been found a very weak race in which to make his racecourse debut. One to bear in mind if the vibes are right.
Finished third in both starts as a juvenile and shouldn't really have an issue with dropping back a furlong in trip. The ground is also likely to be to his liking, so a big run can be expected.
Cost 24,000 gns and is related to a handful of winners. Created a good impression when finishing just ahead of a 78-rated rival in a Newcastle maiden, which reads well in the context of this race. One of only two runners on the card for his stable, so support in the betting ring may be significant.
Has ability to but need to step things up a couple of notches after being well held at Newcastle last time out. Possible the drop back to 7f will suit him better though.
Well held in maidens at York and Doncaster last season and while they may have been better races than this, he was beaten a long way and will need to post a significantly better effort to trouble the judge.
Has a likeable pedigree and represents a top yard. One of the more interesting contenders and be no surprise to see him placed prominently in the betting. Won't need to be anything out of the ordinary to also be placed in the race.
Was friendless in the betting on her debut at this course and ran as if badly in need of the outing. Has been given plenty of time to get over the exertions but is hard to fancy again judging by the evidence availkable.
Respectable effort last time out and has scope for improvement now she switches to racing on turf. One to bear in mind but lack of experience on grass is a little off-putting.
Best effort to date came when finishing second in a maiden auction at Newcastle last October, she didn't really build on that next time out and its noteworthy that she wasn't persevered with during the winter months. More required here but represents a powerful stable, so would have to be of interest if supported in the betting.
A cheap purchase with a line of breeding which leans towards sprint distances. Yard also not really noted for first-time out winners so may be prudent to look elsewhere for win only purposes.

A pretty weak finale can go to MR COCO BEAN, who has caught the eye in defeat on a couple of occasions and shouldn't really be inconvenienced by the drop in trip. Benjamin Thomas is going the right way and can be considered as a live danger, while Nature Boy posted a respectable effort when last seen out and appeals as a likely type to pay the travel expenses for his shrewd trainer. The presence of Komodo and Sir Reginald Brown adds a further interest, as they are both debutantes that could quite feasibly grab this by the scruff of the neck if they have a modicum of ability.
