Half-brother to a a couple of useful hurdler/chasers and caught the eye with a C&D success last month. Showed a good attitude on that occasion and will be hard to master if he copes with the hustle and bustle of a slightly larger field. Needs to find a bit more these terms though.
An expensive purchase from the Irish point-to-point scene, who's future is inevitably likely to be shaped around a career over fences. Needs to post a better effort than on debut but one to keep tabs on whatever happens here.
Decent effort to finish third on debut and is a likely type to improve. He cost €150,000 as a three-year-old and is related to several useful hurdlers. Another with a bright future whatever happens today.
Winner of an Irish point-to-point and was far from disgraced when third in a Bumper at Chepstow last month. Did create the impression he will do better over a longer trip though.
Well beaten on debut in a Bumper at Fontwell back in January 2105 but then posted a slightly improved effort in a similar race at Worcester six months later. Beaten 27l on that occasion and disconcerting that he hasn't been seen out since. One to watch this time up.
Not much to glean from his two previous starts in Bumpers and already has improvement to find. Related to winning hurdler of 2m5f and others preferred on this occasion.
Pleasing effort in an Irish point-to-point last November - the winner of that race is a highly regarded individual that went on to land a Bumper at Navan in good style. Likely to be a popular option here and certainly merits a look in the betting.
Already has a bit to find with Jabulani and, while he may be sharper for having had a run, he looks to have a tough test ahead of him.
A half-brother to a winning point-to-pointer and created a good impression on debut at Bangor. More to come and can be considered as a candidate to make the frame at least here.
Half-brother to a Bumper winner and from a yard that does well in this particular sector of Jumps racing. May do better over further in due course but an interesting contender nevertheless.
Cost €75,000 and follows a tried and trusted recruitment process employed by his trainer. Eye-catching that Davy Russell stays around for the ride. Yard has a 32% strike-rate in Bumpers this season, so plenty of reasons to expect a bold effort.

Sainlouis Des Pres (11/4), Don't Ask (3/1), Hear No Evil (9/2), Truckers Lodge (5/1), Jabulani (7/1), Super Sid (8/1), Espoir De Teillee (10/1), Phoebus Lescribaa (10/1), Diamond Reggie (12/1), Ron Hegarty (16/1), Charlie My Darling (33/1), Stanza Boy (66/1)
As ever the betting market will be informative in the Bumper and the likes of Espoir De Teillee, Hear No Evil and Diamond Reggie are all names for the notebook for future reference. Similar comments apply to Truckers Lodge, who will be a potent threat if he make a very quick return after yesterday's action at Chepstow. However, it's hard to escape the claims of SALNOULS DES PRES, a €75,000 purchase who makes his debut for the Paul Nicholls team. Sure to gain from the experience, the gelding will have the expert guidance of Davy Russell, who stays around specifically to partner this French recruit.
