Remains a maiden after eight starts over timber but looked to be headed for victory at Thurles last month over 2m7f when coming down three out. Handicap debut here and she should be on the premises.
Went close at Thurles early last month in a maiden hurdle over 2m7f and since ran a pleasing race in graded company. Handicap bow and looks to have leading claims for yard in form.
Raised 11lb for Gowran Park win early last month, wasn't enough to stop her swooping fast and late to score at this track over 2m5f since. Goes up another 5lb but no certainty that will halt her over longer trip.
0-9 under rules and none of her form this season gives her much hope of ending that run despite her trainer's outstanding form. Beaten a long way in graded contest here last month, favoured by return to handicap.
Most recent of four maiden hurdles runs was more promising and came at this venue over 2m5f in the middle of last month. Handicap debut calls for more but that was at least encouraging.
Scored at Navan in January over 2m4f off a mark of 80, just 6lb higher now but must bounce back from some tame efforts in between times.
Has been sent off 100/1 in three maiden hurdles to date and rarely posed any sort of threat, best watched on handicap bow unless market vibes are strong.
Finished around 7L in arrears of winner Swift at Navan in January, not seen since and while she's 4lb better off now it's hard to imagine her winning this race.
Forecasts
Freeway Space (11/4), Magic Of Light (7/2), Donegal Tuesday (4/1), Swift (9/2), Pahaska (10/1), Whats In It For Me (10/1), Kilganer Queen (12/1), Pyrford Pippin (25/1)
The manner in which DONEGAL TUESDAY flashed home to sore over 2m5f at this venue recently suggests she might not be finished just yet. She was game to come between rivals then and can bring up the hat-trick this time around. Handicap debutants Magic Of Light and Freeway Space are to be respected and any money in their favour should be noted. Pahaska is also capable of taking much closer order now switched back into handicaps while Kilganer Queen is entitled to come on for her improved effort at this venue last time out.
- Donegal Tuesday
- Magic Of Light
- Pahaska
