Point-to-point winner in April 2016 but well beaten when sent off favourite for a Towcester bumper in December. Switched yards since and finished a promising third at Ascot on soft ground in February and interesting here.
Bred for jumps racing and ran well on her debut when finishing sixth at Wetherby in February. Should have come on for that experience but more is needed here.
Beat a couple of subsequent winners when successful in a point-to-point at Barbury Castle on debut over 2m4f in January. Subsequently sold for £35,000 and interesting on rules debut.
Winner of a point-to-point at the second time of asking in December and subsequently purchased for £25,000 by current stable. Worth a check in the market on rules debut.
Ran well to finish fourth on her debut at Hereford on soft ground in December but well beaten at Doncaster subsequently. Interesting if putting that poor latest effort behind her.
Well beaten in both bumper outings to date including at Newbury a month ago. Likely best watched in this contest.
Has run well in three bumpers so far including when fourth at Warwick on soft ground last time out. Yard has had a couple of winners of late and likely to run well once more.
Beaten 5¾L when finishing fourth of nine on her debut at Huntingdon in February. Likely to have benefited for that experience but yard 0/20 with their bumper horses in recent seasons.
Winner of a point-to-point at Boulta in December but beaten 45L on rules debut at Hereford on heavy ground subsequently. Better ground forecast here should help but needs to put that disappointing rules debut behind her.
Well beaten in both bumper outings to date including at Fakenham last time out. Decent amateur jockey rides here but more needed on what she's shown so far.
Daughter of Milan who cost €14,500 as a three year old last August. Dam successful in a bumper on soft-to-heavy ground and worth a check in the market on debut.
Daughter of Black Sam Bellamy and a half-sister to three winners under rules including the useful The Cider Maker. Yard have a 17% strike rate (21/124) in these races in recent seasons and worth a look in the market.
Forecasts
Urca De Lima (2/1), All Currencies (7/2), Black Sam Bella (6/1), Royal Claret (8/1), Sparkling Dawn (14/1), Lady Avery (14/1), Midnight Charm (14/1), Sensulano (16/1), Poggy's Star (22/1), Stupid Cupid (33/1), Birch Vale (33/1), Wellingtonbridge (33/1)
BLACK SAM BELLA impressed when winning a 2m4f point-to-point on debut for her previous stable and she can take this concluding mares bumper. The selection hails from a yard with a 20% strike-rate (8/41) recently and can get the better of one of the two four-year-old's in the first Urca De Lima who's yard have a good strike-rate in these contests. The experience that All Currencies has gained in two bumper outings can stand her in good stead here and she can claim third.
- Black Sam Bella
- Urca De Lima
- All Currencies
