Sprang a 25/1 shock here under todays rider and produced another good run for her last time. Looks held by The Warrior and Gossiping based on that effort.
Had a BHA rating of 100 a year ago and has slipped to a more workable mark now. Has winning form on the polytrack and was not disgraced on the slower surface at Southwell last time in what was a decent race.
Has had two runs for his new yard who have had him ridden from the front and with restraint. Can be a bit keen and needs to be nursed to get this trip. Others are preferred.
Had lost his way prior to his victory in a Wolverhampton claimer last time. Has winning form off considerably higher marks than this and impossible to rule out.
Carries a 6lb penalty following another C&D success. Won with more in hand than the official margin indicates and faces the second and third again on less advantageous terms.
Ex-Balydoyle horse who contested the 2015 Irish 2,000 Guineas. Has produced two good runs for new yard since a gelding operation and gets a 6lb pull with Gossiping for a 1¼L defeat last time. May still have room to improve for that run which was his second appearance following a seven month absence.
C&D winner two seasons ago. Lightly raced and likely to need this first run since last June. Handicap mark looks a shade too high.
Winner at Lingfield last season and has been in the grip of the handicapper since. Has been hurdling without success so fitness will not be an issue. Stable are in good form.
Would have claims on old his old form but recent efforts have been poor. Drops back to a mile and won over this trip off a 6lb higher mark last May. Remains hard to recommend.
Winner at St Moritz this winter but yet to win in this country since 2015. That came off an 8lb lower mark and he looks weighted out of this.
Winner of a seller over a mile and has run well over different trips since. This looks a hotter race than he has contested recently and his front running style may set this up for some of the better fancied horses.

Gossiping was produced full of running off a good gallop to collect here last time. A 6lb penalty may not be enough to stop him given the manner of victory. However, THE WARRIOR allowed him first run that day and was closing at the finish. With the champion jockey on board, different headgear and the benefit of an extra run following an absence, there is good cause to expect him to turn the tables this time. Special Season is well treated on is old form and has signalled a return to his best lately. This trip on this surface look a good combination and a big run is anticipated.
