Third in a Group 2 at Sandown last time (2m4f, soft), behind some classy sorts, which is form that reads well, and she won a similar contest to this at Warwick the time before. Leading contender on ground that should suit.

Won impressively in a novice hurdle at Plumpton last time out, clearly enjoying the soft ground that day. Is lightly raced for his age and is improving all the time, so is the one to beat here as long as the step up in trip suits.

100/1
Makes her first run for a new trainer today having been well beaten when last seen at Tramore in August (2m, good). Remains a maiden over hurdles and will need to improve but perhaps the change of scenery will have helped her.
Well beaten in a point to point, a bumper, a maiden and a novice hurdle so far, and hasn't really been taking big steps forward between her races. That form is well behind the leading contenders here and she looks set for a supporting role.

Forecasts

Ms Parfois (2/9), Postbridge (7/2), Royale Champ (50/1), Here Comes Molly (100/1)

Verdict

For all intents and purposes this looks to be between Postbridge and MS PARFOIS. The former is lightly-raced for a six-year-old and got off the mark last time at Plumpton over shorter at the sixth time of asking. A replication of that display could be enough here, but she has to overcome the second-named, who has been running some nice races at a much higher level than this. Having been behind Colin's Sister and Happy Diva in Grade 2 company last time, she looks the potential class act in the field. Here Comes Molly, making her British debut, should be the one to chase them home.
  1. Ms Parfois
  2. Postbridge
  3. Here Comes Molly
