Maiden after 12 career outings. Well held the last twice including over 6f here in October. Has been wearing a hood and cheekpieces in recent starts but they are dispensed with here on debut for a new yard after four months off the track.

Consistent filly who's finished second on each of her three starts since winning at Lingfield in January. Races off the same mark here and likely to run well again on her first outing at this track.

Has cut little ice in three runs at Southwell so far in 2017 including in tongue tie and visor last time out. Return to this surface should suit and interesting in cheekpieces (worn with tongue tie in the past) on her return from a two month absence here.

Well beaten in all eight career outings including three times at this track. Hopes seem to lie with this drop in trip sparking some improvement.

Well beaten on each of her handicap outings so far including in a first time tongue tie last time out. Placed over 5f in selling company in December and interesting to see how she fares over that trip for the first time since.

Forecasts

Mighty Zip (5/2), Little Nosegay (7/2), Fabulous Flyer (9/2), Warba (5/1), Culloden (8/1), Zebelini (14/1), Andalusite (14/1), Cytringan (20/1), Yisty (25/1), Hurricane Alert (40/1)

Verdict

WARBA ran well when finishing runner-up in a seller over this trip at Lingfield and can take this low grade handicap on her first outing over this distance since. The selection raced close to the pace on that occasion and if similar tactics are employed she can get bet the better of the long standing maiden Andalusite who has joined a shrewd yard and has a top jockey booked here. Of the remainder Mighty Zip has been in great form of late and can claim third while Little Nosegay is another to note and is still well handicapped based on her form of last summer.
  1. Warba
  2. Andalusite
  3. Mighty Zip
